We want you and your pet to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our refund and return process works:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Step 3: Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label or instructions on how to return the product.
Step 4: Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Step 5: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our side or a defective product.
